One time Acknowledgement vs Recurring Acknowledgements

I have established UserGroups. If I only want to assign a policy as a 1-time acknowledgement, do I have to enable Recurring Acknowledgements? Can I set up a Reference Tag to create a link for policies that are a 1time acknowledgement to take the place of recurring to utilize the UserGroups? E.g.: 26 policies for All Employees to review and acknowledge their first day/week of employment. We don’t need recurring, just a one-time. I know previously, I would have to re-select all policies and then re-add the UserGroup - time consuming for manually manage.

Hi @Tammi Nervig Unfortunately, you would need to assign a recurring acknowledgment to get that to work and it would assign the rest of the group the next version.I’ve added an idea for this to the RLDatix Ideas Portal. You can vote on it here: https://rldatixideas.ideas.aha.io/ideas/IPM-I-1181
